Amir Kaltgrad

Amir Kaltgrad is a trial attorney representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, professional malpractice, complex business torts, real estate, and contract disputes. • Obtained reversal on appeal of order denying summary judgment with instructions on remand to enter summary judgment and instructions to reevaluate amount of attorneys’ fees awarded under Code of Civil Procedure Section 1021.5 in light of total success on appeal. California DUI Lawyers Association v.
