Stuart Liner is LFTC’s Managing Partner. Named one of the “Top Facilitators” by the Los Angeles Business Journal for six years in their “500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles”, Stuart is known for his ability to find successful solutions while remaining behind the scenes. Celebrities, business managers, lawyers, agents, entertainment studio heads, state and local politicians, and real estate owners and developers all turn to Stuart when facing the most complicated legal issues or high-profile crises.
Stuart is considered a consigliere for his clients involved in particularly complex litigation and transactions. He is frequently retained to broker resolutions and settle difficult cases, achieving several eight-figure settlements in contingent fee cases.
While serving as the Managing Partner of his previous firm Liner LLP, Stuart successfully launched numerous business ventures with clients in the areas of entertainment and media, real estate, and other core investments, evolving beyond the role of a traditional attorney into a partner that shares risks and more closely aligns with his clients’ interests.
Stuart is actively involved in civic leadership and public interest organizations, particularly related to education. He served on the board of the South Central Scholars Program, (aka Thrive Scholars) for 15 years, helping thousands of motivated and gifted children from South Central Los Angeles achieve their college goals. He also created a foundation serving as a platform to provide funding, mentoring, and employment for 40 bright students annually, helping them to attend college. Stuart also guided his three sons in creating a charitable organization that has assisted various orphanages in Laos, including raising the funds necessary to build a dormitory for 200 orphans. Additionally, Stuart served on the Board of Trustees for LMU and Loyola Law School.
