Michael A. Taitelman is a seasoned business litigator and strategic business advisor with decades of experience handling complex real estate, employment, and construction litigation matters. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials and arbitrations to a successful conclusion and has handled every aspect of high-stakes business litigation.
Michael has broad experience representing owners, developers, syndicators, investors, and others in a range of real estate litigation disputes. This includes matters involving commercial, residential, industrial, retail, mobile home, hospitality and multi-phased properties or projects. Michael also has extensive experience litigating “business divorce” matters involving all forms of California and Delaware entities. He regularly represents owners, operators, lessees and lessors in the food service, hotel, and restaurant industries as well.
Michael also serves as a partner and trusted business counselor to many clients, ranging from small, entrepreneurial businesses to large publicly traded companies. In this capacity, Michael serves as de facto general counsel, strategically advising emerging and established business with all their legal needs.
