Tamar Yeghiayan represents clients in multiple industries across all stages of the litigation process. Her practice focuses on entertainment, internet/social media issues, celebrity privacy and protection, and employment disputes. She also represents victims of sexual assault against large national organizations, where she tirelessly advocates for her clients’ positions from inception to litigation.

Tamar’s entertainment practice includes the representation of talent agencies, personal managers, actors, musicians (DJs, songwriters, composers), social media and cultural influencers, YouTube influencers, motion picture and television producers, and film financing companies. Tamar handles all aspects of celebrity crisis management, privacy and protection.

 

Representative Experience

  • Represented two-time Academy Awards winning composer, Justin Hurwitz, against talent agency, William Morris Endeavor and Endeavor Content, for claims of breach of fiduciary, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation for WME’s concealment of conflicts of interest in relation to the production of the live-to-film performance of La La Land in Concert. 
  • Represents FKA Twigs in a lawsuit she filed against Shia LaBeouf for injuries suffered from battery and domestic abuse.
  • Represented music producer and DJ Thomas Wesley Pentz p/k/a DIPLO in a successful seven-day arbitration in which DIPLO received a $1.2 million award.
